Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business refunds are not always manageable. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your products. Certain items will be eligible for return upon review from our team. If a full refund cannot be issued we try and offer store credits or discount codes. Each case is treated individually.

To be eligible for a return contact us within 48 hours.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase and photograph of the damaged or spoiled product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must be on the same day of delivery. Items damaged and photographed within 48 hours will be accessed by our team to decide if a refund is warranted. 

On Sale Products
Any products that are purchased while on sale cannot be returned or refunded. These products are generally closer to the end of their shelf life and are not an accurate representation of our promise of quality. These products, however, can be replaced with a gift card of equal value on a case to case basis. Please contact us if you have experienced issues with on sale products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
